Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and backend services.
- Build and support backend functionality using Python.
- Work with JavaScript and Node.js to support application features and interfaces.
- Perform database development and administration activities across various database platforms.
- Write, review, and optimize database queries to support application requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in software development or a related engineering role.
- Hands-on software development experience with Python or another general-purpose programming language.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals, including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with databases and understanding of core database concepts.
- Familiarity with one or more database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Cassandra, or Yugabyte.
- Basic understanding of database administration, queries, performance, and data management.
- Working knowledge of Linux and common command-line operations.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud.
- Ability to investigate technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
