Job Description
- Run Customer Engagements: As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at HighRadius, you are the bridge between our AI platform and the world’s largest enterprise finance departments. You will be “deployed” to solve financial challenges using Autonomous AI Agents.
- Deploy Agents: You will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle from analyzing client datasets to configuring proprietary algorithms that automate financial transactions.
Your Day-to-Day: The “Build & Deploy” Cycle
- Data Intelligence: Use HighRadius’s AI agents to process large data sets to uncover hidden patterns in the client’s Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and design the future-state architecture.
- AI Strategy & Design
- Outcome-based Design: Identify and iterate on AI algorithms based on client feedback to reach a final outcome based on a “Value-Driven” design.
- KPI Engineering: Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target metrics that will prove the ROI of the solution.
- Algo Configuration
- Platform Configuration: Hands-on configuration of the Autonomous Platform to deploy algorithms.
- System Integration: Architect and configure data interfaces between the SaaS platform and major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Launch & Value Delivery
- Testing & Training: Lead onsite client testing and training sessions to ensure technical readiness.
- Go-Live Execution: Drive the final deployment and stabilization phase, ensuring the AI is hitting the target KPIs and delivering measurable financial value.

- Data Savvy: You love data analysis, designing and configuring agents, but you’re also comfortable leading a meeting with Finance Managers and Subject matter experts.

Requirements
- Education: Graduating Class of 2025/2026, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS or Data Science related field.

- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites across the US as part of project implementations.
