Job Description

This is a fullstack software engineering role designed for recent graduates and early-career engineers looking to accelerate their growth by building production systems. You’ll contribute to — and grow into owning — core internal platform capabilities and product features end-to-end.

You’ll work across internal tools, services, workflows, and AI-powered products that support our engineering, operations, and recruiting platforms. As you grow, you’ll take increasing ownership of critical systems while collaborating closely with experienced engineers.

What You’ll Own

  • Contribute to the design and development of end-to-end fullstack systems powering critical internal workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Build clean, maintainable backend services and APIs while learning scalable engineering best practices.
  • Develop high-quality frontend interfaces used by internal teams and end users.
  • Participate in data modeling and database optimization efforts, including schema design and query performance.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to translate ideas into reliable, production-ready features.
  • Improve engineering quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Help troubleshoot production issues while learning how to build resilient, observable systems.
  • Develop sound engineering judgment by making thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (recent graduate or graduating soon).
  • Internship, co-op, research, or meaningful personal/project experience building software applications.
  • Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with backend development using Node.js (NestJS is a plus).
  • Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and core data modeling principles.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and how distributed applications communicate.
  • Exposure to Git and modern software development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
  • Excited to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-moving engineering environment.

Preferred

  • Internship or professional software engineering experience.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, or DevOps fundamentals.
  • Exposure to modern architectures such as microservices, serverless, or event-driven systems.
  • Interest in AI-powered products, workflow automation, or data-intensive applications.
  • Experience contributing to team projects, hackathons, open-source software, or startup environments.

Selection Process

  • Application Submission – Submit your resume and application through the designated hiring platform.
  • Resume Screening – The recruitment team reviews your qualifications and relevant technical experience.
  • Initial Interview – Discuss your background, skills, experience, and interest in the role.
  • Technical Assessment – Complete a technical evaluation or coding assessment, where applicable.
  • Technical Interview – Meet with engineers or technical team members to discuss your problem-solving and software development skills.
  • Final Interview – Discuss role expectations, team fit, and other relevant details.
  • Offer & Onboarding – Selected candidates receive an offer and proceed through the onboarding process.
