Job Description
Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

- Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and enhance ServiceNow components such as forms, record producers, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Support ServiceNow capabilities used across Business Service Delivery, including HR, Finance, Legal, and other enterprise functions.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform defects, production incidents, access issues, integration failures, and data-related problems.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, regression testing, release activities, code reviews, and production validation.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, middleware, web services, and file-based interfaces.
- Support the technical administration and integration of Qualtrics and related Experience Management capabilities.
- Assist with Qualtrics integrations, dashboards, and platform troubleshooting.
