Job Description
The Junior Software Developer will develop, integrate and apply state-of-the-art military simulations as part of the JFTI technical team.
The position requires knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
- Software requirements, design and systems integration
- Fundamental understanding of object-oriented design, development and maintenance of object oriented code in C++
- Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) software, tools, and techniques
- Strong desire to learn to code
- A natural problem solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical writing and research of scientific and engineering topics
- No prior professional experience required
Position Requirements
- Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or the equivalent.
- Proven academic or professional or experience developing software applications in C++.
- Experience with MS&A and military systems and operations desired.
- Active DoD secret clearance is required to start
