Job Description

As an Analyst on our Index Portfolio Management team, you’ll support the running of index models that determine security selection and portfolio allocation — contributing to products used by clients around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how index rebalances and reconstitutions work, developing expertise in indexing, benchmarking, and financial data over time.
  • Execute periodic index reconstitution and rebalance models using documented workflows and runbooks.
  • Perform independent review and validation of model outputs and underlying data sets to ensure accuracy and methodology adherence.
  • Maintain process documentation for data sources, indexes, and workflows, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate findings and support product and infrastructure enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recently completed or final-year student in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience; eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Clear communicator who works well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency in R, Databricks and SQL
  • Highly self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to problem solving—proactively identifying issues and developing tools or solutions to address
