Job Description

Are you looking for a fast-paced role with an incredible team to develop your web design skills? This internship will assist the web team with maintaining client websites, processing request tickets, and using problem-solving skills in ongoing web projects. If you’re passionate about web design and development, this might be the role for you!

This internship is ongoing, not a seasonal or summer internship. It is on-site in our Topeka, KS office and not open to remote work.

What You’ll Do

  • Update and maintain live client websites
  • Make revisions on new client websites that are in production
  • Update and edit corporate email designs to prepare for sending.
  • Collect statistics regarding website success and performance
  • Resolving client requests through ticketing dashboard
  • Contribute creatively in meetings, to develop new concepts and approaches
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Strong eye for design
  • Ability to use Photoshop and other Adobe Creative products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interest in web design and development
  • Detail oriented approach when completing website revisions and requests
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals
