Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working intern with a desire to gain working experience and skills in maintaining multiple websites as well as planning and executing website function and design improvements as part of our Digital Team. The Intern’s duties will encompass all aspects of web development, from startup (design, functionality, coding, mark-up writing, and testing) to routine maintenance and troubleshooting. The Summer Web intern for 2026 will be focusing on prepping and enhancing Storefront UI Experience
Responsibilities
- Enhance existing web page content by applying web best practices to web page content for simplified user interface and experience
- Assist with planning, designing and building different storefront components.
- Design and develop websites ensuring strong optimization and functionality. • Code web pages utilizing HTML, CSS as well as programming languages such as JavaScript and Jquery.
- Graphic design and optimizing images for web.
Assist in testing new software for Benjaminmoore websites.
Qualifications
- Currently working towards a degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Desire to learn and grow as a Web Developer.
- Education and experience in industry standards in website development and content accessibility.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS as well as JS Frameworks like Node JS
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus
- Proficient using Windows, Microsoft Office suite products
- This person will be encouraged to be original and innovative.
