What this job involves:

• Drive, execute & deliver Hotel’s advisory business in India and South Asia. The candidate will need to garner knowledge of the subject and also shadow the Consulting Lead for the first few months.
• Conduct strategic advisory assignments, support operator contracts and hotel leases.
• Prepare Information Memorandums, Conduct advisory around transactions, financial analysis and prepare presentation documents for obtaining mandates & thereafter execute sale mandates.
• Act as a responsible fee earning resource for the Team. Meet & surpass individual Targets
• Work seamlessly on joint mandates with Capital Markets Teams across India and APAC.

• Graduate with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
• Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios
