Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to support our product team in building, improving, and launching products that solve real customer problems. This internship offers hands-on experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders while learning core product management practices.

As our Product Management Intern, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Assisting in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and market research.
  • Analyzing product usage data and customer feedback to identify insights.
  • Supporting backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap updates.
  • Helping document product decisions, PRDs, and release notes.
  • Collaborating with engineering and design teams during product development.
  • Participating in stakeholder meetings, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Supporting product launches and go‑to‑market activities.

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in technology, products, and user‑centered design.
  • Prior internship, project, or coursework related to product management, UX, or engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum & tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI Tools to perform Market and Competitive Research is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts and APIs is preferred.
