Job Description For HDFC Bank Walkin Drive 2024
- Existing account conversion to NR basis leads received from online portal/third party website leads, India branches & overseas NRI centres through non face to face process
- Coordinating and following up with customers on documentation process for converting of accounts from resident status to non resident status.
- Sound understanding on various product impact on conversion to NR status • Ensure lead conversion with minimal leakage.
- Tracking FTNR to ensure accounts are opened/converted with minimal FTNR%
- ETB customers to be briefed on managed Programs of the Bank.
- Eligible customers to be onboarded/upgraded (if not part of managed program) to managed programs and relationship to be moved to NR VRM relationship management team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation
- Internal Certification as applicable
- Fluency in English
