Job Description For Capgemini Recruitment 2024
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques such as Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPTs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate new methods into our products and services.
- Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.
- Effectively communicate complex AI concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Primary Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in developing generative AI models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven expertise in generative AI techniques such as GPTs, VAEs, and GANs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, consulting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
