• Manage end-to-end attribution maintenance across all attribute types, including true/false hierarchies, quality checks, alert resolution, and comparison mapping validation.
• Own global attribute maintenance (e.g., Brand Footprint) in line with defined global standards and requirements.
• Produce, manage, and deliver database outputs that translate stakeholder requirements into accurate reporting deliverables, supporting data processing and analysis activities.
• Maintain and manage bespoke deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Administer user access and permissions for all contracted data, including change requests, company renaming actions, and cyclical password resets for training and reporting accounts.
• Build strong working relationships with attribution, coding, bespoke reporting teams, and Governance Leads to ensure timely resolution of client queries and delivery issues.
• Ensure output quality by reviewing and validating all system inputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, improving efficiency, and maintaining delivery excellence.

Team, Learning & Development:

• Develop a strong understanding of the grocery market and attribute structures to support effective data management.
• Proactively build knowledge of client permissions and their impact on final deliverables.
• Engage regularly with line managers for feedback and guidance, applying learnings to support personal development.
• Collaborate closely with team members, offering support and sharing knowledge to strengthen overall team performance.
• Actively participate in training programs and apply newly acquired skills in day-to-day work.

What You’ll Bring to Numerator

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across regions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas), with working knowledge of basic SQL and Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in coding, product classification, or report delivery roles is desirable.
