As an intern, you will be part of the team that designs and develops cloud-based offerings. You will be involved in supporting the validation of the SaaS based offering including collaborating across the organization with Architects, UX experts, product managers and other software developers.

 The Job

• Design, create and maintain automated test cases and determine priority for the test cases and create execution plans to implement these scenarios. 
• Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features. 
• The candidate should be able to work independently to identify test cases/test scripts from requirements and map test cases/scripts back to the original requirement
• Understand business objectives and build alignment and buy-in cross-functionally. 
  Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios. 
• Developing and Executing testing automation for Cross Browser (browsers like Safari, Chrome, Mobile browsers) and android tablet
• Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications & Skills required

• Knowledge in overall Software QA
• Knowledge with test automation
• Knowledge in developing and implementing automated test cases for web and mobile applications
• Exceptional ability to develop maintainable test automation solutions using Appium, Cypress, Pytest
• Knowledge in TypeScript
• Knowledge in Appium
• Knowledge in Android Tablet and mobile application testing is must have
• Knowledge in IOT domain
• Knowledge working with relational/NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field
