Job Description For KRAFTON Careers 2024
- Assist in managing and coordinating game projects from initial planning to launch and live service.
- Support in defining project objectives, schedules, and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress efficiently.
- Aid in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide input for continuous improvement.
- Contribute insights and recommendations based on data analysis, under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participate in building knowledge and understanding of data-driven insights within the team.
[ROLE REQUIREMENTS]
- Engineering Graduates from premier institutes passing out in 2024 only (preferred IIT).
- Specialization in computer science, game design, or a related field will be preferred.
- Strong interest in the gaming industry and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Any relevant internships, coursework, or personal projects demonstrating your passion for gaming and project management would be a plus.
- Most importantly an attitude to go above and beyond in getting the little things done.
- Extremely high attention-to-detail is the basic requirement for this role.
- Loves games.
- Excellent academic performance throughout school and college, as well as leadership positions in extracurricular activities / clubs desired.
