We are looking for someone to join our team as an Associate Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will use your aptitude for technology, CRM knowledge, digital marketing software, and best practices to drive the adoption and effective use of PathFactory for our clients. With a background in MarTech, you are someone who can understand problems and build creative, scalable solutions. Experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, and Salesforce is a big plus.

The successful Associate Solutions Engineer can stay calm and methodical when faced with unfamiliar situations and new challenges. They know how to develop a holistic understanding in any engagement with the client, convey confidence in finding the right answers, and can self-educate and ask for help to arrive at the right answers.

This successful candidate will start this role by performing Support duties for the first 3-4 months to help ramp them up to the Associate Solutions Engineer role. Subsequently, they will continue to be involved in helping with Support tasks as deemed necessary.

• Troubleshoot any issues our clients face and triage them as needed with other teams at PathFactory
• Effectively configure our platform for new clients in a way consistent with their strategic requirements, and while being ready to pivot on the fly to address any changes required
• Drive the adoption and effective use of the PathFactory platform for our clients. Act as the strategic advisor for your assigned clients by developing a deep understanding of client use cases and by combining your business problem-solving and technical skills to help create optimal paths toward resolution
• Provide valuable feedback and insights by supporting our clients’ use of the platform to help improve the product itself
• Convey empathy to clients by practicing active listening and re-iterating goals and issues shared
• Work with client Success Managers to design and develop scalable solutions leveraging the PathFactory platform, creating tangible value for our clients
• Translate reports and analytics into actionable insights for our clients
• Participate in the execution of team quarterly goals

What does PathFactory look for when hiring Associate Solutions Engineers

• 1+ years experience in the MarTech industry in a marketing ops, support, associate consulting, or implementation role
• You are not afraid to log in to a new software application and use it, or to Google new concepts you did not know before
• You have excellent communication, time management, and task prioritization skills
• You know how to self-educate and know when to ask for help
• You enjoy business and technical problem-solving for clients and think outside of the box
• You work well individually and as part of a team
• You are ambitious and want to grow your career at PathFactory, and are willing to take steps to grow and showcase your ambition
• 1+ year of experience in HTML, Javascript, CSS, Liquid Template Language, and APIs. 1+ years of experience in the following platforms is highly desirable. If you do not have work experience in all of them, you should have worked with at least the Marketing Automation subset:
• Marketing Automation Platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and Hubspot
• Client Relationship Management applications such as Salesforce or MS-CRM Dynamics
• Content Management Systems such as WordPress, AEM, Acquia
• Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau
