Job Description

WonderBotz is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1–2 years of experience who have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements.
  • Develop and support solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and automation technologies.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and AI and Machine Learning concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation technologies such as: UiPath , Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism
  • Experience working on automation, AI, or digital transformation projects
