Job Description
- Participate in structured technical training and hands-on development assignments
- Learn PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, and related enterprise technologies
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and system components
- Assist with application enhancements, interfaces, reports, data conversions, and integrations
- Write clean, reliable, and well-documented code
- Investigate software defects and help identify root causes and solutions
- Work closely with senior developers, technical leads, analysts, testers, and other team members
- Participate in Agile planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospective meetings
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and development practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical field
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong interest in software development
- Basic programming experience gained through coursework, internships, research, personal projects, hackathons, or employment
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, databases, algorithms, or software-development principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
