Job Description For WNS Global Off Campus Drive 2024
- Must have advanced level MS Excel skills
- Should be well versed in generating Dashboards and data analysis.
- Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly MIS reports.
- Excellent communication skill in oral and written.
- Ability to manage allocated tasks and perform them with little supervision
- will be responsible for analyzing data to ensure accuracy
- Experience in BI reporting tolls such as Power BI, Tableau and must be well versed with VBA/Macro coding
- This person will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Should have knowledge on WFM activities & role in an organization
- Must well versed with WFM calculation & logics
- Report deviations, Plan vs. Actual and its implication
