Job Description For Revvity Careers 2024

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily selling activities supporting the growth of clinical accounts for Revvity Omics.  As Lead Development Representative, you will work closely with the Revvity Omics Partnerships team, acting as the first point of contact to perspective clients, conducting outbound correspondence. 

You will drive the sales process by identifying and qualifying leads, and facilitating introductions to the inside sales team.  This position plays a key support role and you will work closely with management to execute an outreach strategy to penetrate defined accounts to meet assigned business objectives. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Work closely with management to align daily activities and practices to effectively meet assigned business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively over the phone and via email within the context of a highly-professional, technical/clinical sales environment.
  • Interprets messages and responds appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Ability to identify critical actions and adjust priorities as necessary.
  • Document and track all leads, contacts, and activity history consistently and in accordance with best practices within the CRM.
  • Conduct planning and research using a variety of database, internet, and industry tools.
  • Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tools (Web, database, CRM, Order Management, Excel reports).
  • Drive lead conversion, marketing campaign ROI, and prospecting to discover new sales opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years in a customer service/telemarketing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a life science or another STEM discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and growth mindset for process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities according to business requirements
