This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is excited by the intersection of insights, culture, entertainment, technology, and storytelling. You will support the day-to-day coordination of marketing campaigns, social media, newsletters, CRM activity, and events. You will also help ensure that NRG’s content is delivered with consistency, polish, and momentum across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer and strong communicator with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, ideally within an insights firm, research agency, creative agency, media company, or other B2B professional services environment. You are energized by moving projects forward, keeping details organized, writing clear and compelling copy, and helping a team turn big ideas into high-quality marketing moments.
Your Impact
- Content Support and Management:
- Support the preparation and posting of content across various platforms
- Collaborate on the creation and iteration of designed assets
- Support newsletter creation from planning through execution, including content gathering, copy development, formatting, and QA.
- Content Planning:
- Maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring upcoming posts, campaigns, cultural moments, events, and deadlines are clearly organized and executed on time.
- CRM Campaign Management and Reporting:
- Track and pull marketing metrics in CRM systems.
- Compile reports on marketing performance to help the team understand what is working and where to optimize.

- Help manage event logistics and related assets.
- Project Management and Coordination:
- Keep marketing projects moving by tracking deadlines, organizing inputs, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring materials are delivered on time.
- Use project management tools to organize tasks, timelines, content calendars, and campaign workflows.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience – 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, content or agency role. Experience in an insights firm, research agency, creative agency, media company, consulting firm or other B2B environment is strongly preferred.
- Your degree(s) – Ideally looking for a B.A./B.S. degree in areas such as marketing, communication, journalism, English, business or a related field. Equivalent experience is also welcome.

- CRM and marketing technology fluency: You are comfortable learning and working in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
- Project management skills: You can juggle multiple deadlines, organize details, follow up with stakeholders, and keep work moving without losing sight of quality.
- Event coordination mindset: You enjoy managing logistics, timelines, materials, and details that help events and industry visibility moments run smoothly.
- Creative eye: You have a good sense of design, layout, and visual polish, and can either make light edits yourself or partner effectively with designers to bring assets to life.
- Keen eye for detail: You notice when formatting is inconsistent, a link is broken, a name is misspelled, or a proper noun is not capitalized. Quality control matters to you.
- Collaborative and proactive: You are a team player who communicates clearly, asks smart questions, welcomes feedback, and takes initiative to solve problems.
- Curiosity about culture and business: You are interested in media, entertainment, technology, lifestyle, sports, gaming, and the broader cultural trends shaping consumer behavior.
