• Find a balance between working autonomously and within the team to ensure success
• Understand regression scenarios and translate them to performance test scripts
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Respond quickly in a rapidly changing business environment
• Research and participate in training and stay current on related issues and technologies

What you need to have:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Performance tester on Micro Focus Load Runner Enterprise (LRE) tool
• Have experience in Load testing of an Enterprise level application like Oracle E-Business Suite
• Have been responsible for Designing and development of performance test plans and test cases based on project requirements
• Have been responsible for executing performance tests and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks
• Have been collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle
• Have been responsible for providing regular status updates on performance testing progress and results
