Job Description For Koch Off Campus Drive 2024

IT Engineer will report to the KBS ES Engineering Supervisor of the KTC and will be responsible for creating valuable solutions for KBS and the customers. IT Engineer shall be responsible for providing an end-to-end implementation of technology solutions to solve customer’s requests as well as serve business needs and priorities. Role Name will be expected to continually learn about new applications, features and tools which can be used for new solutions.

• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity solutions that are tailored to business priorities and address common challenges within our organization.
• Drive user adoption and change management strategies to ensure maximum utilization of the platform.
• Connect Microsoft applications to existing systems and third-party applications to enable smooth workflows and data transfer.
• Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft applications, resolving complex issues, and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards for Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and execute product roadmap items.
• Proactively seek out new and emerging technologies Productivity and Collaboration space

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proficient in Productivity and Collaboration Platforms like Microsoft 365.
• Proven track record of enhancing IT functionalities in response to user feedback and business demands.
• Robust analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.
• Knowledge of compliance with industry standards, especially in security and data protection.
• Strong communication skills, fostering teamwork and stakeholder engagements.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development

What Will Put You Ahead

• Skilled in using PowerShell and other automation tools to simplify the administration of Microsoft environment.
• Familiar with the administration of Microsoft licensing.
• Knowledge of transferring user data to and from the tenants.
• Ability to lead technical teams or projects, and to mentor and assist junior team members.
• Skilled in M365.
• Skilled in MS Exchange, SharePoint.
• Familiar with Agile concepts and practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar cloud-based ticketing platform
