Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analysis knowledge and will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business to ensure that project requirements are met effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
• Develop process maps and workflows to visualize business processes.
• Assist in the development of test cases and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis principles and methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in creating process maps and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
