Associate Cloud Operations Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about cloud technologies, customer service, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will support daily cloud operations, manage service requests and incidents, assist with Microsoft CSP customer environments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and operational tasks within a 24x7 Cloud Operations environment.
• Monitor and manage support requests through ITSM and ticketing platforms.
• Provide support for Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365 subscriptions, licensing, and tenant administration.
• Assist with Microsoft Azure subscription management and cloud operational activities.
• Support Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) customer environments and subscription lifecycle management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and operational escalations as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and customer communications.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Support mailbox management and service desk operations.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and administration.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription models.
• Responsible for managing CSP Customers & subscriptions.
• Experience or exposure to ITSM and ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Contribute to internal process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is mandatory; AB-900 certification is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT (B.Tech., MCA).
• Minimum academic achievement of 60% in 10th and 12th grades, and at least 65% aggregate (or 6.5 CGPA) in graduation.
• Preference for candidates graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• No active academic backlogs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24x7 operational environment.
