Software development

• Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications.
• Understand functional and technical requirements.
• Write, review, and debug code according to project specifications.
• Participate in application enhancement and defect resolution.

Finacle implementation and customization

• Support the implementation of Finacle banking solutions.
• Customize product functionality to meet client requirements.
• Assist with configuration, integration, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams during implementation.

Software testing and quality assurance

• Execute functional and integration test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Support regression testing and validate bug fixes.
• Ensure that deliverables meet defined quality standards.

Application support and troubleshooting

• Investigate application issues and identify root causes.
• Resolve technical problems or escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Assist with production support, incident resolution, and maintenance.
• Follow service-level agreements (SLAs) and project procedures.

Project delivery and collaboration

• Work with development, testing, implementation, and support teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and project records.
• Participate in project reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
