Job Description For iCIMS Careers 2025

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer with Primary skills in frontend technologies and a strong interest in integrating AI solutions, including ChatGPT, into our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both frontend and backend development, a passion for building user-friendly interfaces, and the ability to explore innovative AI-driven functionalities that enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the frontend(Primary skill) and backend(Secondary skill) of responsive web applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks – Mainly React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
• AI Integration: Collaborate and leverage tools like ChatGPT to provide users with conversational interfaces, personalized recommendations, or automated responses.
• User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and conduct accessibility, Localization and End to End Test regressions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards; conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration of AI functionalities.
• Testing and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications; implement automated testing for both frontend and backend features, including AI components.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, AI models, processes, and system designs to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
