We’re looking for a UX Writer who can turn complex financial journeys into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly narratives across our app ecosystem. With over 3.5 million users on the platform, this role offers the opportunity to shape product communication across multiple surfaces — from onboarding to transactions to support.
What You’ll Do:
- Write clear, concise, and helpful in-app content that guides users through financial tasks and product flows.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape intuitive product experiences.
- Maintain and evolve Fi’s brand voice and tone across a variety of touchpoints — app screens, tooltips, push notifications, SMS, FAQs, chatbots, etc.
- Use user research, A/B testing, and performance metrics to iterate on copy for clarity and impact.
- Contribute to building content standards, tone guidelines, and editorial processes that scale with the product.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to support content needs beyond core product flows.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX Writer, content designer, or product content specialist.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your microcopy, UX thinking, and ability to simplify complex ideas.

- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with frequent iterations and tight feedback loops.
- Strong attention to detail — both editorial and functional.
