We are looking for a new IT Operations Engineer/Technician to join our IT Operations team in India. We were awarded the 2022 Technology Innovation Leader for Global Digital Industrial Platforms. Role & responsibilities
- Deliver Cognite’s service desk and onsite support services in India.
- Hands-on desktop engineering for Mac and Windows devices
- Globally manage your share of the first line and second line support requests from the global organization.
- Support development of automation
- Drive and deliver improvement projects
- Support the organization with the governance of our 150+ SaaS applications
- Create efficient operating methods to adhere to policies and principles for extensive compliance requirements
- Documenting IT processes in our knowledge base
- Collaborate and leverage the organization’s expertise for efficient IT operations.
