Job Description For Clari Recruitment 2024

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, product teams, and data scientists, to develop and refine text prompts tailored to understanding conversations
• Engage in the testing and refining process of text prompts to ensure accuracy, engagement, and relevance
• Analyze prompt performance using , identifying areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance prompt quality and overall system performance
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques, and apply this knowledge to prompt engineering tasks
• Work with ML teams to help build the right tooling and infrastructure for prompt management
• Participate in discussions and workshops on prompt engineering best practices and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering projects, with a portfolio or project examples
• Familiarity with AI-related tools such as ChatGPT
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A proactive, curious mindset, willing to experiment and hack together innovative solutions
