The D365 Technical Associate will focus on supporting the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Finance and Operations (F&O) and CE modules. Your primary responsibilities will be to create, upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the environments and integrations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365, add-ons, and associated business applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform development environments.
• Implement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.
• Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (F&O and CE), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
• Create and maintain backups and perform restores.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement performance-tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Provide technical support for the data platform and its integration with D365.
• Collaborate with the Group IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies and assess their applicability to our organization’s architecture.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related study.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
