Job Description For Merck Group Careers 2024
Expert 1- Jr Analyst and Analyst for IT HW SW purchase and India Mobile management and Asset management
- Understanding customers IT HW and SW need and providing them with right consultation
- Creating PR, PO in different SAP systems. Order placement and follow up. Purchase documentation and order delivery
- Escalating to next level support. Reduce Turnaround time and increase computing time.
- Providing reports as and when required. Have basic knowledge about HW asset management and license management.
- Updating the customer on ticket progress. Replying on email to customers
- Basics of IT HW and SW asset management.
- Adherence to SLAs and all the KPI metrics derived for individual, Role, program.
- Working experience with Microsoft office applications like Word, Excel and power point
Skillset Required
Proficient in procurement
- Should have working experience with procure to pay cycle
Basics of SAP
- Should have practical awareness of SAP and different T codes related to procurement
Process oriented
- Should have strong process understanding, learn and standardize the P2P process
Communication
- Strong communication needed, should be able to conduct meeting with foreign stakeholders. Write emails and communicate correctly on issues and updates
Problem solving
- Good to have problem solving skills and propose solutions
Methodology
- Self-motivated and good team player
Education Level and Languages Required
- Strong Communication Skills – Written and Verbal. Presentation and documentation
- Qualification: Graduate degree (Commerce/Science/Computer background/Engineering), Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
