We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Solution Engineer- Intern to join our growing team. You will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from our Digital Interaction Intelligence – Scout platform.
This role would typically require a mix of technical data analysis and business understanding – You will have the chance to learn Scout product capabilities & contribute value to clients.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
As a Solution Engineer- Intern, you will –
- Collaborate with SE leadership to develop and refine Demo playbooks and materials for the global SEs.
- Leverage Scout to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with client teams to understand their needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative demonstration content.
- Assist in the organization and management of Demo resources.
- Shadow experienced Solution Engineers to gain insights into their daily activities and best practices.
- Learn about Soroco – Scout, as well as our sales process.
- Contribute to the development of new demonstration strategies and techniques.

Experience and skills:
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field (internships count!).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL – Preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView) – Preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) – a Plus.
- Basic understanding of process mining/task mining concepts – a Plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-facing experience – Preferred.
- Strong storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: MBA with MIS concentration or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, BCA/MCA with relevant coursework.
