Job Description For LSEG Recruitment 2024

This Content Quality Specialist role is responsible for running BAU operational metrics and being an active participant in implementing class leading operational excellence practices for FI/FX/Corax/New CMO team globally that support enabling of improved customer experience, improved business results and employee engagement. 

Job description:

• Help in designing, developing and implementing metrics (process, operations, VoC, service, business, etc) that focus on capturing current health of the process/team and achieving the objectives of FI/FX/Corax/New CMO from driving growth, productivity, customer experience, financial and employee engagement
• Should have very good knowledge of Python and worked on automation projects or excellent Data Analytics skills
• Should have very good knowledge of service cloud and should be able create and append service cloud reports.
• Works with various operations and support teams to publish reports/dashboard that would be used by managers & leadership teams
• Supports process reviews, ideations and improvements projects along with the S&Q specialists
• Ensure MOW’s are documented and maintained
• Is smart, confident, articulate and has the ability to speak/discuss with senior executives with zero starting issues
• Provides appropriate advice and feedback in metrics and measurement solutions including root cause analysis (RCA), action plans and see actions through to completion.
• Participates in Process Re-engineering objectives, specific goals, measures, and metrics
• Drive process improvement initiatives through idea generations & recommendations
• Work with a team to provide end to end continuous quality improvement
• Consult and work with management in identifying process improvement opportunities
• Participate in the design, development, implementation and monitoring of quality programs
• Provides quality support on projects such as building of new data, monitoring targets and criteria for success. Provides appropriate advice and expertise in the area of Quality and Improvement to Project functions and activities
• Produce quality dashboards along with qualitative/quantitative insights helping the senior leadership team in drive business decisions

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Management or a related analytical field)

Required Skills :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills ( English Language )
• Good Understanding of financial markets.
• Ability to work effectively within team environment.
• Good Understanding of MS Excel.
• Ability to work in shifts
• Prior industry experience preferred

Desired Skills :

• Understanding of FI/FX/Corax/New CMO content
• Understanding of Lean Six sigma & metrics .
