Job Description For American Express Careers 2026
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and question management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Manage and maintain the team’s training portal and associated records.
- Help with the coordination and communication of Business Partner meetings, including liaising with presenters and participants.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning and development processes.
