Job Description For Zuora Careers 2024

We are looking for highly motivated engineers with strong computer science fundamentals to join our team and be part of the development of our metering, rating & usage-based billing platform. This role involves building world class SaaS applications with high performing APIs, extremely efficient background jobs, well formed APIs. You will work closely with senior engineers to deliver the product development milestones.

What you will achieve:

• Design and develop highly flexible common components and APIs that enable the build of custom solutions that will be used across our company
• Interact with software architects and senior developers to design application modules using object-oriented design methods
• Design and construct integrations allowing the exchange of data with remote systems using Java RESTful services

What is expected:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of product development experience, preferably some portion of it in SaaS or B2B software.
• Experience in building backend APIs or full stack applications.
• Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms, solid grasp of OOPs concepts.
• Knowledge of frameworks, tools/IDEs, testing and documentation.

Good to haves:

• Skills in DB design and optimisation
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures, development, and deployment
