• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company with self-sources. 
• Follow up with interested clients shared by Tele calling team & converting them for final sales.  
• Arranging for client site visit & further follow up for deal closure.  
• Set appointments and follow up on leads.
• Track progress towards meeting sales goals for commercial and residential property.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.  
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.  
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the management.

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education with good communication.

Experience: 

• 1-2 years experience in real estate sales only.
