Account Payable :-
- Daily invoice verification
- Checking goods receipt and invoice receipt account before booking invoices
- Responsible for invoice posting (Po invoices and NON PO invoices)
- Handling and resolving vendor queries
Account Receivable :-
- Sending statement of account and reminders to the customers Handling and resolving customer queries
- Scheduling dunning run as per the request
- Cash application (Settling customer payments)
Other responsibilities :-
- Adhering to the KPIs
- Handling/attending client calls
- Maintain quality of work and Adhere to Quality Management System
