Job Description For UST Global Recruitment 2025

Analyse the business needs of a client or project and perform Business Analysis activities under constant supervision

Outcomes:

• Work with leads/Seniors in the team to understand the business objective
• Assist Leads to create software requirements artefacts and deliverables
• Work with leads/seniors to identify solutions options and validate them in a systematic manner
• Have a basic understanding of various BA tasks that include but not limited to:· Planning stakeholder engagement· Effective approval process· Creation of usage of Business Analysis information· Components required to prepare for and conduct elicitation· Validating information with stakeholders and communication of information· Components involved in collaboration – both internal and external· Maintenance of requirements and its traceability· Requirements and design prioritization· Evaluation of change impact· Mitigation of negative consequences while moving to desired future state
• Assist the Leads in eliciting requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops and other proven techniques
• Follow effective requirements practices such as change control process defined by senior BAs
• Learn about developing process flow diagrams use case current/future state diagrams functional and technical requirements
• Measures of Outcomes:

• Learning and adoption of BA process and tools
• Any other relevant trainings undertaken

• Be able to at least use one of the prominently used and recommended requirements engineering tool/template in the industry with minimal assistance

Solution Evaluation:

• Be able to work with the seniors in the team to assist with solution evaluation and recommendation of appropriate solution options to business problems

Process:

• Follow processes established by the Lead BA/Project stakeholders as required by the engagement and ensure adherence by the team
• Assist in Adoption of recommended tools
• templates
• and processes to help with effective decision making and approval processes

BA artefacts maintenance :

• Assist in Documentation of the process plus project artefacts
• Assist in Management and clear communication about project artefacts to the various stakeholder groups
• Good analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good oral/written communication skills

• Should be result oriented and be a team player
• Business Acumen – Ability to quickly learn the area of business under focus
• Have the basic skills to understand and use the recommended BA tool/technology and process
• General awareness of various BA knowledge areas (recommended by IIBA or any other professional organization for Business Analysis). Have a basic knowledge of and can follow instructions for common techniques
• Understand the importance of planning stakeholder engagement
• Understand the importance of having an effective approval process to manage requirements and designs
• Have an awareness of the need to develop a way in which people can efficiently access and use business analysis information
• Understand the importance of continually monitoring assessing and improving business analysis performance
• Have an understanding of the components involved in preparing for elicitation activities and the importance of elicitation with support from senior Bas/PM.
• Understand the importance of validating information with stakeholders and communicating it to them

• An Individual contributor to a subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance); working under supervision
• Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines
• Resolve and address queries on a day-to-day basis
• Communicate with internal subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance) in a timely manner to resolve any queries
• Responsible for one or more components of the large execution plan or project
• May have to relocate as required by the job
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Provides basic support to an assignment (e.g., implementing a new system)
• Supports basic queries; typically, without escalation
