- Gains familiarity with Network Operations concepts, practices and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs standard analytical, project support, user training and/or related duties.
- Working with team, business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements,
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support end-users by resolving network-related incidents and service requests.
