Job Description For Unico Connect Careers 2026
This role is designed for early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to frontend, backend, databases, and AI-powered platforms, while working closely with experienced engineers and product teams.
What You Will Work On:
- Building user-facing features using React.js with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Assisting in the development of backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Working with PostgreSQL databases for data storage, queries, and basic optimizations.
- Integrating frontend components with backend services and APIs.
- Collaborating with senior engineers to understand system design, scalability, and best practices.
- Leveraging AI tools and platforms to accelerate development, debugging, and learning.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debugging issues across the stack and learning structured problem-solving approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Working knowledge of React.js fundamentals (components, state, props, hooks).
- Basic understanding of Node.js and backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or relational databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture.
- Interest in AI platforms, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-driven products.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
