TCS Management Hiring is the recruitment of Management Postgraduates who are scheduled to complete the Post Graduation program in the next financial year (FY 2023-24) and will be eligible to join TCS. Eligibility Criteria For TCS MBA Hiring 2026

To be eligible for TCS MBA Hiring 2026, candidates must meet the following strict academic and age criteria:

1. Educational Qualification

• Course: 2-year Full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM.
• Specializations: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management.
• Batch: Students graduating in 2026 only.
• Background: Any graduate degree from a recognized university prior to the MBA is eligible.

2. Academic Performance

• Percentage: Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA in Class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
• Backlogs: Candidates with up to one active backlog may appear for the selection process but must clear it before joining.

3. Age & Experience

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years.
• Work Experience: Candidates with prior experience of 0-2 years are eligible.
• Gap: Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months.

TCS MBA Selection Process & Test Pattern

The selection process involves an In-Centre Assessment conducted by TCS iON. The duration is 90 minutes, covering the following sections:

• Verbal Ability
• Numerical Ability
• Business Aptitude
