Job Description For SquadStack Careers 2024

• In this job, you’ll be important in helping 5Paisa, India’s top fintech platform.
• In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers.
• Stay updated on current and latest industry trends, market conditions.
• Individual and team effort are essential for this role.
• Ability to use the latest computer software, eg CRM and telephone software.
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
• We are looking for a Salesexpert with 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
• The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
• Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
• Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
