Job Description For Spinny Off Campus Drive 2025
- Coordinating with customers, field executives, closure executives, finance team etc. to successfully close the lead.
- Confirming details and documents of tokened leads and vetting the last call during token
- Calling the seller to confirm the procurement schedule and sharing the list of documents to get them ready before the field executive visit the seller
- Managing schedule of the visit with customer and field executive.
- Coordinating with field executive and finance team for payment release and loan closure
- In case of any price change or additional hold amount, informing seller and lead owner
- In case of challan, clearing the dues of challan on vahan website
- Making sure of the delivery of the vehicle to workshop team and taking sign off
- Uploading all the documents in CRM dashboard
- Handing over the original documents to post sales team and taking sign off
- Follow up with the seller on the documents for which amount is held
- Receiving the held documents from seller and releasing the held amount
- Recovering the token amount in case of token cancellations
- Follow up with the sellers where delivery scheduled is for more than 4 days and convince them to deliver the vehicle earlier.

Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Good verbal communication skills – English, Hindi, and regional language (will be an added advantage)
- Candidates who are good with customer engagement
- Candidates who know how to use dashboards and conversant with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Candidates who have done coordination across stakeholders are preferable.
