Job Description For Sony Off Campus Drive 2026

Key responsibility
- Together with the research scientists or other team members, contribute to cutting-edge multilingual Text-to-Speech (TTS) research and development. You will also contribute in implementing state-of-the-art speech controllable TTS, with a strong focus on Indian languages at scale.
Work Location

Duration of the paid internship
- The paid internship will be for 6 months starting March first week of 2026.
- 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) fulltime.
Essential Education
- Ph.D. or Master degree with hands-on experience in SOTA TTS development models using advanced generative models.
Must-Have Skills
- Expertise in Pytorch.
- Deep Learning/Machine Learning frameworks: Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of the state-of-the-arts in controllable Text-to-Speech Models.
- Knowledge of generative models: Diffusion Models, VQ-VAE/GANs, Flow & LLM based Generative models.
