We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. This role will support the HRBP team in delivering people strategies, driving employee engagement, supporting talent initiatives, and acting as a trusted advisor to business units on day-to-day HR matters
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with business managers to address basic employee relations issues (e.g., attendance, behavior, performance).
- Assist in driving engagement, employee surveys, and action planning.
- Coordinate talent management and development initiatives, including training logistics.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment efforts, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports and dashboards as required.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist in employee lifecycle processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and exits.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation) to deliver seamless HR services.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- 0–1 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or business partner support role.

- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is an advantage.
