Job Description For Samsung Off Campus Drive 2024
- The individual is expected to use internal and external tools for listing Samsung products in retailer websites such as Amazon, Best buy, Walmart etc.
- Handle day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA (Service Level Agreement) are met as per quality standards.
- Follow the process SOPs and direction from the leaders.
- Communication with stakeholders and vendors via business email and weekly meetings.
- Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done.
Education:
- Minimum Graduate / Any Degree.
Competency:
- Willingness to work in night shift (5pm – 2am IST).
- Should be good in verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic MS tools / MS- Office Packages.
- Fast learner.
