Job Description For Rubrik Careers 2025

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market. 
• Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
• Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines.

Continuous Improvement:

• Assisting in the evaluation and improvement of processes.
• Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Previous coursework or intern experience in Product/Program Management, Quality Engineering, or Software Development.
• Basic understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud services, and release management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest or experience in applying Agile development methodologies in a 24×7 operational environment is desirable
