As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for Roanuz. This role provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media outreach.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Participate in campus recruitment and career fairs, as needed.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools is a plus.
