Job Description For ResultsCX Careers 2025
We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused candidates to join our healthcare team in Bangalore. The customer support associate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related queries and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare voice/non voice processes and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as prior authorization billing, claims, or patient support.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Process and manage healthcare-related documentation, claims, and billing records.
- Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
- Handle email and chat support as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).

Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.
Key Skills & Requirements:
